Denis Campion
CEO
cofiloisirs@cofiloisirs.comGraduated from University of Orléans Denis spent most of his career among the BNP Paribas Group, where he held various positions nationally and internationally (Paris, Istanbul, Casablanca, Saint-Denis (Réunion)) in order to improve the commercial business and management of subsidiaires. Fond of cinema, Denis shares his banking experience and his markets knowledge with Cofiloisirs, joined in 2025. As CEO, he pilots Cofiloisirs’ strategy and development in cinema, broadcasting and cultural industries
Sophie Marrel
Deputy CEO
cofiloisirs@cofiloisirs.comSophie graduated from EM LYON Business School and began a 10-year career in corporate banking and structured finance at Crédit Lyonnais. She joined Cofiloisirs in 2004 as head of our Legal Department, and in 2011 became our Risk Manager. Sophie has been our COO since 2019 and and then joined the BNP Paribas groupe in 2023. Since 2025, she is Cofiloisirs’ Deputy CEO.
Sylvie El Sayegh

sylvie.elsayegh@cofiloisirs.comSylvie started her career with us in 1991 after graduating from HEC. As director, she has developed a strong expertise in International Co-production, working closely with French and International producers.
Dominique Malet
Director
dominique.malet@cofiloisirs.comAfter graduating from HEC, Dominique spent 8 years at BNP Paribas, in their merger and acquisitions department. Dominique joined us in 1998, from 2006 to 2015, she was also Director of Sogesofica, our subsidiary that specialises in managing Soficas and other film finance services. Dominique helps producers and distributors structure their cashflow needs and spearheads international co-production and co-financing for us.
Christophe Salvaing

christophe.salvaing@cofiloisirs.comChristophe joined us in 2020 as Director and has nearly 15 years of film and tv banking and finance experience. Before joining us, he ran SOFICA Cinémage, a tax incentive investment fund for film and television productions, raising and investing nearly €60m across 250 productions. Christophe began his banking career in the film and television departments of Banque Fortis and BESV after graduating from ESSEC Business School. Christophe coordinates the development of our European tv drama operations.
Kevin Levy

kevin.levy@cofiloisirs.comAfter graduating from ESSEC Business School, Kevin began his career as a finance production manager for the animation studio ILLUMINATION MAC GUFF before working in the film and television departments of Banque Palatine. Kevin joined Cofiloisirs in 2022 as Account Manager and has nearly 10 years of film and tv banking and finance experience. Kevin’s portfolio mainly revolves around animation studios. He also supervises the development of our movie theaters financing operations.
Romain Pradignac

romain.pradignac@cofiloisirs.comRomain started his career within BNP Paris where he held various functions in corporate banking before specializing in media (cinema, broadcasting and music). At Cofiloisirs, he will be responsible for supporting the industry’s customers (producers, distributors and cinema operators), CSR policy and the development of cultural and creative industries.
Andrew Hildebrand
International Film Finance Consultant
andrew.hildebrand@cofiloisirs.euAndrew joined us in 2015. Before that, he was a leading UK Entertainment lawyer, and headed up business and legal affairs for Channel 4 Television, FilmFour, Qwerty Films, and Momentum Pictures (now EOne). Andrew worked with Richard Attenborough before running his own mediation practice resolving entertainment and media industry disputes. Based in London, Andrew works closely with our international co-production and co-financing team.
Mads Peter Ole Olsen
International Film Finance Consultant
mads.peteroleolsen@cofiloisirs.comMads joined us in 2025 as our representative in the Nordics. He previously held positions at Natixis Coficine and Dexia BIL where he co-arranged production loans for film and TV series. Previously he worked for Danske Bank and ABN AMRO Bank, advising on structured project finance. He later served as lead advisor in establishing a film venture fund in partnership with the Danish Investment Fund / EIF, and went on to arrange co-productions and film investments across the Nordics at Scanbox Entertainment. Today, Mads structures and executes production loans for our Nordic clients.
